IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

We’ve got you! All of our services are free of charge.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

The only thing we ask you to bring is a valid photo ID of some kind (driver’s license, student ID, etc.) if none are available we can still help you.

ARE THE SERVICES CONFIDENTIAL?

Your privacy matters. All of our services are confidential and private.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Yes, you can bring a friend, girlfriend/boyfriend, wife/husband, parent or relative.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?

    • You will meet with a nurse and a client advocate who is there to support you.  They will go over with you the details about any services available to you and answer questions you may have.  Options include pregnancy testing, ultrasound and/or STI testing.
    • Your health matters.  During your appointment we will review your health history and answer your medical questions.
    • We may collect a urine sample for one or both of the following:
      • To test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. We request that you do not use the bathroom for one hour prior to visit.
      • Perform a clinical pregnancy test
    • Following a positive pregnancy test when appropriate:
      • Schedule an ultrasound exam to confirm viability of the pregnancy and determine how far along you are.
      • Review all of your pregnancy options.
      • Offer education and additional in-house support.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

No problem! We understand that circumstances come up and sometimes people need to reschedule their appointments. If possible, please let us know.
